Skin and bones

Mixed media installation (fabric dye on cotton, on soccer goal), 8’ × 24’ × 20’ (dimensions variable). Felstead Park, Toronto, ON: September 6, 2026.

This installation queers an ordinary structure: a soccer net, and expands the expectations of ‘general use' in a public park. The work itself blurs disciplinary boundaries by painting fabric dye on cotton panels, for a site-specific installation. Each panel depicts H&E (hematoxylin and eosin) stained microscopic images of human bits, including: bone marrow, skin of a fingertip, a fingernail, healing skin and connective tissue.
